All sales of artwork are final. Contact Abby ahead of time if you'd like more information or photos before purchasing a painting. Please note that colours may appear slightly different on various screens.
Shipping Damage
Contact me if a painting or print is damaged during shipping. We can work out a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Copyright
As described in Canadian copyright law, Abby Wilson retains the copyright to reproduce all artwork, including commissions and custom work.
Everything Else
Missing shipments with tracking - If you feel your shipment has gone missing and it's been over a week since the last update on the tracking number, please confirm the address is correct on your shipment and then contact me and we'll look into it further. A refund or replacement will be offered.
Missing shipments without tracking - Small products have lettermail shipping available in Canada with no tracking number. If it's been more than 10 days since your order has shipped, please confirm the address is correct on your shipment and then contact me and we'll look into it further. A refund or replacement will be offered.
Damaged products - Quality control is done on all of my products, but if your order got damaged in the mail or you feel there was a manufacturing error, then please email me with a photo of the damage and your order number. I'll review and issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
