Artwork & Prints

All sales of artwork are final. Contact Abby ahead of time if you'd like more information or photos before purchasing a painting. Please note that colours may appear slightly different on various screens.

Shipping Damage

Contact me if a painting or print is damaged during shipping. We can work out a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

As described in Canadian copyright law, Abby Wilson retains the copyright to reproduce all artwork, including commissions and custom work.


Missing shipments - bandanas ship with tracking numbers for a reason. If you feel your shipment has gone missing and it's been over a week since the last update on the tracking number, please confirm the address is correct on your shipment and then contact us and we'll look into it further. 

Returns & Refunds -
 our bandanas are carefully inspected before they ship, but if your bandana got damaged in the mail or you feel there was a manufacturing error, then please email us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll review and issue a refund as applicable.

Exchanges - bandanas aren't that complicated! We offer 3 sizes with the smallest size fitting pets and kids. But if you truly feel that you ordered the wrong thing, send us an email and we can work out an exchange. You'll need to pay the return shipping to send the bandanas to our studio
